Daniella is a dedicated student and emerging professional with a strong passion for supporting children, adolescents, and families through both educational and emotional development. She graduated from Farmingdale State College in December 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology. With academic training in psychology and hands-on clinical experience working with neurodivergent youth, Daniella brings empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to helping others grow.
She has experience working with children and teens across a range of needs, including autism, social-emotional challenges, anxiety, and developmental differences. Through her work in Socio-Dramatic Affective Relational Intervention (SDARI) social competence groups, Daniella has helped young individuals build communication skills, emotional regulation strategies, and confidence in peer relationships. She approaches each individual with understanding, respect, and the belief that every person has unique strengths waiting to be supported and developed.
Using evidence-informed strategies rooted in social-emotional learning, behavioral support, and relational approaches, Daniella focuses on creating safe, encouraging environments where young people feel seen, heard, and capable. She is especially passionate about working with neurodivergent children and teens and will be attending Adelphi University in the fall to pursue her PsyD in School Psychology, continuing her commitment to youth-centered mental health services.
Daniella believes that growth happens through connection, consistency, and compassion. She values meeting individuals where they are and tailoring support to fit each person’s specific needs, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
Outside of her professional and academic work, Daniella values balance and self-care. She enjoys staying active through fitness and walking her dogs, spending time with friends and family, and watching television. These personal interests reflect her belief that well-being is built through both structure and enjoyment—a philosophy that also guides how she supports others.
Daniella is committed to continuing her education and training to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families, and she is honored to be part of their journey toward confidence, resilience, and personal growth.
