Participants in this group step into a space where connections grow naturally and everyday interactions become opportunities for growth. Through engaging, interactive experiences, they explore how to see the world through someone else’s eyes, move with confidence in social spaces, and build connections that truly last.
Understanding Yourself: Body Awareness, Sexuality, & Healthy Relationships: This program empowers neurodiverse individuals with knowledge, safety skills, and confidence. In a supportive, interactive setting, participants will explore sexual education and body awareness, boundaries, consent and safety, romantic relationships and communication, and decision-making and self-advocacy.
For parents of neurodiverse children – a safe space to share, connect with others, and receive support from licensed professionals.
A supportive space to connect, grow, and be yourself. What we focus on includes understanding emotions and self-awareness, building confidence and meaningful friendships, communicating feelings, needs, and boundaries, and managing stress, peer dynamics, and big emotions.
